By paying a monthly retainer fee, a client will have access to a dedicated Human Resources Support function. The monthly retainer will be determined once an HR audit has been conducted, that will dictate the strategic intervention process and project charter. Tactical Alliance Group's HR consultants will be involved in providing this service on an ongoing basis and by producing monthly HR reports; the strategic interventions can be monitored.
